JAAX Labs ("we") runs this Site. The only personal data we actively collect is what you type into a form. We use a small amount of privacy-respecting analytics to see what's working. We don't sell your data, and we don't build advertising profiles. That's the whole story — the detail is below.
2. What we collect
- What you send us: when you submit a contact or pilot form, we get the name, email, company, and message you provide. Our forms are handled by Web3Forms, which passes your submission to our inbox.
- Basic analytics: our host, Cloudflare, records aggregate, privacy-respecting stats — things like page views and rough location at the country level. This isn't tied to your identity and isn't used for cross-site ad tracking.
3. Why we collect it
- To reply to you and run the project or pilot you asked about.
- To understand which posts and pages are useful, so we can write better ones.
- To keep the Site working and meet any legal obligations.
4. Cookies and analytics
We keep cookies minimal. The Cloudflare analytics we use are designed to work without tracking you across the web. You can block cookies in your browser; the Site will still work.
5. Who else sees it
Only the services that help us run the Site — currently Web3Forms (form delivery) and Cloudflare (hosting and analytics) — and only so they can do that job. We don't sell or rent your data to anyone. We'll hand over data only if the law genuinely requires it.
6. How long we keep it
We hold form submissions for as long as we're in contact or working together, plus whatever we need for our records, then we clear them out. Ask us to delete yours sooner and we will.
7. Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted — just email us. If you're in a region with formal data rights (like the EU/UK or California), those rights apply here too.
8. Security
We take sensible steps to protect your data, and we work with reputable providers. No system is perfectly secure, but we keep the surface small on purpose — the less we hold, the less there is to lose.

If this policy changes, the "last updated" date above will move. Material changes will be reflected here on the Site.
